2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hostinger. When the site is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page accessed, browser). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website). The logs are deleted by the host after a short period.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising services. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
4. Enquiry form
If you use the form, we process your details (request, place of collection and destination, name, telephone number, for funeral homes the name of the firm, optionally email) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The enquiry is sent to us by email. To ensure no enquiry is lost, a backup copy is also stored on the server and automatically deleted after 90 days. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the contact details given in the Legal notice.
5. WhatsApp
The WhatsApp link only opens the chat. Data is only transmitted when you send a message yourself; WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy then applies.
6. Phone and written messages
If you call or write to us, we process your details to handle your request and delete them as soon as they are no longer required and there are no statutory retention obligations.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Cyprus, this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
